Congratulations, John Daurer!
Congratulations to John Daurer on his new position as the Visualization and Initiatives Planner in Capital Planning and Space Management. This position evolved as emphasis and demand for in-house preliminary planning, modeling and rendering capabilities has increased.
John began his career at Boise State in 2010 in Transportation and Parking Services (TPS) before joining the Capital Planning and Space Management (CPSM) team full-time as a Project Coordinator. He soon began adding 3D architectural visualization to the CPF toolkit. The demand for this service has increased greatly and it has been invaluable in allowing decision-makers the ability to visualize proposed and planned projects. John now spends the majority of his time modeling concepts and initiatives and preparing presentation materials. With the assistance of GPS survey data, these models and renderings are becoming more true-to-life every day.
