The Student Union began delivery of expanded services to the university community effective July 1, in the areas of event planning and management, reservations, rentals, and operations. University Event Services, formerly Conference Services, now supports events in the Student Union, Stueckle Sky Center, outdoor event spaces, and coming later this fall: the Alumni and Friends Center and Christ Chapel.
University Event Services, together with Event Operations (formerly Student Union Facilities) and Audio Visual Productions (formerly Technical Services) are proud to be a resource to the entire university, providing expertise and guidance for the planning and implementation of events hosted by individual colleges, departments, recognized student organizations, and the greater Boise State community.
University Event Services will support campus and community partners from the early stages of design to the successful execution of the event, with a commitment to providing the Boise State community with high quality customer service and expertise. University Event Services will be the leader in implementing standards for event planning and services across the Boise State University campus.
