Text-N-Fix

Faculty, staff and students can use their smartphones to request routine, non-emergency campus maintenance without filling out a form. Simply text a photo of a maintenance issue along with location information to textnfix@boisestate.edu. A text will be sent in reply to confirm the request was received.TextNFix-PicBrittney_Phone

Examples of typical texts include custodial issues, campus grounds upkeep or anything that helps maintain a beautiful and functional campus.

Text-N-Fix is not to be used for emergencies! Texts received during business hours are addressed immediately. After-hours texts may not be addressed until the following business day. For after-hours emergencies, call campus security at (208) 426-6911 or dial 911 for medical emergencies.

Note that data transmission charges may apply when you text a picture; please refer to your cellphone contract.

Charge Back Rates

When a department specifically requests for services to be conducted that are not routine or as part of regular maintenance schedules, a charge is applied per hour, per person to the requesting department.
