ONE Boise State
ONE Boise State is a first-day, new employee orientation intended to introduce all new employees to the university, its values, mission, and functions. All Campus Operations employees are required to attend ONE Boise State on their first day of employment.
Crucial Conversations is a two-day course that will teach you the tools you need to step up to life’s most difficult and important conversations, say what’s on your mind, and achieve the positive resolutions you want. You’ll learn how to:
- Prepare for high-impact situations with a six-minute mastery technique
- Make it safe to talk about almost anything
- Be persuasive, not abrasive
- Keep listening when others blow up or clam up
- Turn crucial conversations into the action and results you want
The cost for Crucial Conversations is $250 to cover materials for the course. The course is scheduled on two consecutive days (8 a.m. – 5 p.m. with a one-hour break for lunch) and are held on the Boise State main campus. After completing registration, you will receive additional details about your specific session, to include location.
Upcoming class dates:
- March 1-2, 2018
